Barry is a local Balmain resident who has recently returned after many years in the UK. He is an internationally renowned artist whose paintings are much sought after in celebrity and music circles.

Barry attended art colleges in Brighton and Bath, UK and Bath University, where he studied sculpture. He is a 'listed artist' as his paintings have sold at auction at Christies and Bonhams, London.

During his time in the UK, Barry received commissions to paint Jonny Wilkinson, Lawrence Dallaglio, Ellen MacArthur on B&Q during her world record attempt, John Lennon, George Harrison, Bob Marley, Elton John, David Beckham, Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page and Robert Plant and several other well known music and sporting icons. Barry's collectors include Coldplay, Joanna Lumley, HMV Music, Carlton communications and the National Trust.
