History of the Balmain Art and Craft Show

Celebrating 23 years, the Balmain Art and Craft show continues to expand and build on its strong for artistic excellence and community goodwill.

This year the show will be held over the weekend of November 3rd/4th 2018 and remains the premier art event in Sydney’s Inner West.

The show is a popular high profile event and is Fr John Therry Primary School’s main fundraiser each year. It provides valuable funds to enhance teaching and learning at the school.

Held within heritage listed sandstone church and school grounds in the heart of Balmain, the show features a high quality contemporary and original art from both established and emerging artists.
